QUALIFICATIONS
Metropolitan Shuttlebus has been serving the tri-county area since 1999. We can accomodate most transportation needs. We utilize full-size vans, luxury sedans, mini vans, and busses. All vehicles are licensed with the State of Michigan and are fully insured.
PERSONNEL
All drivers for Metropolitan Shuttlebus are properly licensed. They have chauffeur's licenses or commerical licenses where needed. Their driving records are reviewed annually. Drivers employed by Metropolitan Shuttlebus are subjected to random drug/alcohol screens as a condition of employment. All drivers must have at least two (2) years experience and are over twenty-one (21) years of age.
SCHEDULES
Daily schedules are created off of reservations. If you do not make a reservation, we still try to accomodate you. However, there may be a delay involved. We have found that reservations work best when done at least twenty -four (24) hours in advance. The schedule is created around those reservations. Metropolitan Shuttlebus does not run a set schedule for daily pickups.

PAYMENT
Payments for services made over the web-site must be in the form of a credit card unless you are a corporate account. Arrangements can be made for corporate accounts to secure other forms of payment. If other payment options are needed we can flex a little so please call.
